

I aimed to create a complete horror experience, a short but polished game with a clear beginning, middle, and end. This project was my way of showcasing my Unreal Engine 5 skills, handling everything except the art, which consists of free assets from the internet or FAB (Unreal Engine Marketplace).

Inspiration & Features
The game is strongly inspired by Resident Evil, focusing on atmosphere, puzzles, and tension-building. I designed two key puzzles:

Electric Panel Puzzle – Restoring power to the house by rewiring circuits.

Frame Rotating Puzzle – Aligning paintings in the correct order to unlock a hidden door.

Since I was working solo, it was important to me that the game felt as polished and immersive as possible. That’s why I made sure to include voice acting, high-quality SFX, and detailed assets to enhance the experience.
